Our food is creative yet approachable. We thoughtfully and intentionally pair ingredients in a way that’s bold and unique while also utilizing as much of the plant or animal as possible. Our menu evolves weekly, so every visit brings something new and exciting. We’re proud to have been awarded a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide in 2025, celebrating both the exceptional quality of our cooking and the value we aim to deliver.

Local Focus

We are committed to using high-quality produce, meat and seafood offered by Florida sources whenever possible. This allows us to be creative by experimenting with different cuts, cooking methods and using innovative techniques. We are proud to partner with Frogsong, Sugar Top, Zenn Farms, Mick’s Farm, Kelly Seafood, Bassco Oysters and others.

Our Approach

When you dine at Coro you’ll order 2-3 dishes per person from an a la carte menu and we encourage sharing with a friend. Our open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs prepare each dish. Your meal will be served one or two dishes as a time, so you can truly experience each one, and they are often delivered by the chefs who prepared it for you. Our collaborative service model means our entire team takes care of you as you dine, creating a warm and vibrant dining experience.

Our Chef & Our Story

Chef Tim Lovero, began his career at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. He built his culinary foundation at Luma on Park and his creativity flourished as a Sous Chef at Prato and as Executive Sous Chef at Luke’s Kitchen & Bar, all in Winter Park, FL. After 16+ years of helping shape Orlando/Winter Park’s dining scene, Tim opened Coro, with his wife Natalie, in 2024, as his long-awaited vision: a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant featuring light and adventurous small plates that highlight the freshest, in season Florida ingredients in a welcoming setting. Coro means “chorus” in Spanish and Italian and represents the idea of everything working together in perfect harmony - the flavors of the dishes, the Coro team, the people you’re dining with - to create a beautiful and memorable experience.
